Job Description – Operations :

1. Ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
2. Smooth and Efficient process that enables minimum manpower and maximum output
3. Plan and launch new processes to minimize packing and other errors.
4. Daily re-conciliation of cash gathered from different outlets.
5. Come up with ways to minimize wastage
6. Identify trends to better understand the demand cycle.
7. Inventory management
8. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to various outlets across cities.
9. Analyze cost component of various segments of the supply chain, and understand feasibility of different dishes.

Job Description – Marketing Associate:

1.  Plan and execute best hyperlocal marketing techniques suited for food delivery.
2. Create marketing strategies for the new outlets
3. Come up with techniques to establish a better customer base in tech. parks and offices.
4. Maximize app downloads and hits.
5. Understand different market segments and work closely with operations team to understand feasibility of different product classes.
6. Come up with different ways of engaging the customer.
7. Social Media Marketing + Digital Marketing
8. Daily emails to our patrons highlighting the snippets from our menu for the day.

Mandatory:

Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in both English & Hindi.
