Job Description:

• Handle first-levelincident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Serviceincidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
• Timely escalation ofincidents to higher levels when required. Log file monitoring for errors.Perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoringactivities Vendor co-ordination, Perform basic Service Requests based onStandard Operating Procedures. Follow quality / security process defined forthe engagement.
• Troubleshoot &Coordinate with location NOC during the critical network issues.
• Manage SCCM & AVcompliance status in desktops & laptops.
• Desktop/ Laptops OSinstallation & configurations as per business requirement.
• Handle Desktop H/w& S/w incident ticket.

Drive employees forcreating IT Asset Self Release/ Sanitization release tickets.Follow up withemployees and asset team members for releasing the assets to stores. Based on the natureand description of the ticket, take steps to do a OS level format or use a DODcertified tool for Wiping the data from the released assets HDD s.Post completion of theOS level format, run a PM checklist application and upload the data to centralserver. In case of Tool wiping, ensure the erasure certificate is loaded intothe central server on completion of data wiping process. Track the IT Assetrelease tickets status. Maintain MIS andtracking data for further validation
